Cancellation Policy

Schedule and classes: - Single Classes are Maestro Barbosa-Vasquez's way to allow everyone to access to high-level artistic and musical training. Due to Maestro International responsibilities as Conductor, Scholar, and at his Private-Studio, some weeks the schedule available for Single Private Music Classes needs to be changed at the last minute by Maestro Barbosa-Vasquez team to accommodate his busy agenda, the student agrees to be flexible in case of the necessity of last minute change, that will be communicated in advance by official email. - The Single Class session is 1 academic hour (45 Min) and requires a complete punctuality, every late minute of the student will be discounted of his/her/their session time. - The Single classes are mainly offered on online meetings as it helps the student to access high level music and artistic training no matter where the student lives or where Maestro Barbosa-Vasquez is conducting. In addition, students are welcome to come to Barbosa-Vásquez Studios in Los Ángeles (CA) - USA, Bloomington (IN) - USA, Bogotá - Colombia, Bursa - Türkiye, and Bodrum - Türkiye; to take classes in person (According to Yearly Available Schedule). If you are interested in having a session In-Person, please communicate directly to Maestro Barbosa-Vasquez's team to ask for availability at: barbosa.vasquez@gmail.com in your specific city. Class Cancelling and Refund Policy: - As the agenda of maestro is very busy, each booking represents another commitment that cannot be taken. Therefore, there is no class cancellation, reschedule, or refund available after the booking for single classes. - Barbosa-Vasquez/Private-Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any request for Single Private Class. In this case, the full paid fees will be returned.
